Our care service list provides up-to-date information about registered services in Scotland, their inspection reports and their current grades so that you can make an informed choice when using and choosing these services.

Less Is More

You don't have to complete every field. You can search for a service by using the fields individually or combined.

If you are looking for information about a childminder, enter names in the format 'Surname, Forename'.

Please note that inspections before April 2011 were carried out by the Care Commission. You can still access Care Commission inspection reports on our care service list.

Reports completed before April 2005 are available from your local office or by completing the information request form.
